Processing Time:

• 5–10 business days

• Some items may require an additional 7 days depending on the design

Estimated Shipping Time:

• United States: 15–25 business days

• Other countries: 15–30 business days

• Free shipping on orders over $40 USD

• A flat rate of $3.99 USD for orders under $40

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns after 30 days cannot be accepted.

To request a return:

Email us with:

• Order number

• Photo/video of the issue

Items must:

• Include all original tags

• Be in resellable condition

• Not show damage caused by the customer

• Not have significant wear or use


Customer pays return shipping in cases of:

• Ordering the wrong item

• Change of mind

If the order has not shipped, we can cancel immediately at no cost

• A tracking number is required for all returns

• Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive the item

• Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable

• Refunds are only approved after verification of the returned item
