Do you ship internationally?

Due to shipping restrictions, we do not ship to the following countries:

  • Ukraine
  • Laos
  • Paraguay
  • Algeria
  • Kuwait

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Depending on the product design and type, processing may take an additional +7 days.

Estimated Shipping Time:

  • United States: 15–25 days
  • Other countries: 15–30 days

My order status says "Delivered," but I haven't received it.
