Refund policy

At NOW&ME, we are committed to providing the highest quality products and hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your order for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after 30 days.

Requirements

If you wish to return a product, please send a return/exchange request to nowandme.customerservice@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Photo or video proof showing the issue/defect

Return Conditions

  • Items must have all original tags attached.
  • Items must be in resellable condition.
  • Items that have significantly decreased in value due to use cannot be returned.
  • Items damaged due to the customer's responsibility cannot be returned. (Exceptions apply for packaging damage required for inspection.)

Exchange & Return Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in the following cases:

  • Ordering the wrong product due to not carefully reading the product description.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • If the order has not been shipped yet, a full refund can be issued without any return fees.

Refunds

A tracking number is required when returning your order. Without it, the refund service for your order will be discontinued.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 5-7 business days after we receive the return.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will only be issued after verifying the returned item meets our return conditions.
